If you

• Have knowledge and understanding of computer software and hardware principles;
• The ability to identify problems in the operation of hardware, as well as the replacement of equipment components;
• Have knowledge of operating systems: Linux\Windows\MacOS at the administrator level;
• Knowledge of MS Office packages.

It will be a plus

• Experience and knowledge in configuring network equipment;
• Understanding the basics of network protocols.

Your primary duties will be

• OS installation and configuration (Linux\windows\MacOS);
• Working with software: installation, reinstallation, configuration;
• Monitoring of workstations at employees' workplaces and elimination of hardware and software problems;
• Solving user problems and processing appeals;
• Support and configuration of peripheral equipment (printers, MFO);
• Willingness to learn and improve one's skills in system administration.
